‘Good shoes take you good places’ is a new item on the blog. Every month Raphael, Lizette & I are going to discover one of the many good places our little country has to offer! I was following Raphael for quite some time already when I asked him if we could shoot some pictures together. Cause he always seems to know the best places.. from abandonned buildings and empty parking garages to awesome architecture. He brought in his friend Lizette. She studies Lifestyle & Design at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam and has a great eye for lines and shapes! A new team was born.
For this first edition we picked ‘Eye’ in Amsterdam as our location. This impressive building on the other side of the water in Amsterdam sure is a eyecatcher! Great architecture with lots of different angles. This building functions as a ‘house of film’. A modern museum with exhibitions, movie screenings and events. But for us it functioned as a very interesting location to shoot these pictures. Every corner of this building is different!
