This might be first ever Belly & Booty showing post up on this space. Fun fact; as I’m typing this post I have the worst muscle pain in a long time (too many squads). So I thought it was time to tell you something about my workout routine. Because with the amount of food I stuff my face with everyday comes the need to work out as well! To keep a bit of a balance, haha!
I’ve always played sports ever since I was a little girl. I played tennis for a long time and I play volleybal since the age of 10. Also I love me some basketball in summer on outdoor basketball courts with my friends. So I’ve always been quite the sporty spice. I’m not the skinniest girl. I would like to be a bit slimmer or it’s better to say fitter/more lean. But I do love my curves and I’m pretty happy with the way I look most of the times.
Also I’ve been training with a awesome personal trainer called Cassie D for a little while but with those busy last two months I didn’t have time to work out with her. I would love to get back on that killer training track with kickboxing/circuit training and fun times with this girl soon.
Somehow I always feel better when working out in matching sports gear so I think you need to treat yourself to some new workout clothing every now and then. It motivates me to go harder and I feel more comfortable training when I feel like I look good. And sports clothes are so freaking comfy that I have to admit that on my days off I’m wearing tights and sportsbras instead of jeans and uncomfortable lace bras as well, haha!
